Cancellation Policies Are As Follows:

Individual Reservations:

-Canceling less than 24 hours before your appointment time or not showing up for your appointment will subject you to a full charge for the scheduled service.

Group Reservations (2 or more):

-48 Hours or more required to cancel or reschedule a group reservation.

-Less than 48 hours notice before day of service = 50% of service charge cancellation fee.

-Failure to cancel will result in full price charge.

Multiple Services for Single Client:

-24 hour notice required before day of service to cancel or reschedule.

- Less than 24 hours notice = 50% of the package service price will be charged.

-Failure to cancel = the entire package service price will be charged.

Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children at all times while in the salon.

Please be punctual to ensure you will be able to receive the full service you scheduled. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so that other clients do not have to wait for their scheduled appointments.

All service charges are subject to change without notice.

Gratuities are not included in any of our prices.

We welcome any suggestions that you may have that may improve our services to you, our clients.

Credit card deposits are required for group reservations.

Gift Certificates are available and are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service.
